 57 Frozen haddock filets
 1 cup Red onion, chopped
 1 cup Chopped pepper (red, yellow, orange or green)
 ¾ cup Celery, chopped (approx. 3 stalks)
 4 cloves Garlic, minced
 3 cups Water (or broth of choice)
 ½ cup Kraft Greek Feta and Oregano Salad Dressing
 3 tbsp Greek seasoning of choice
 2 tbsp Olive oil

Preheat large skillet on medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, peppers, and onions and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes.

Add celery, water and Kraft Greek Feta and Oregano dressing to skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 to 20 minutes.

Pat haddock filets dry, then season with Greek seasoning. Add to skillet, cover and poach for 5 to 8 minutes until fish is cooked and flaky.

Remove from heat. Serve and enjoy!
