Preheat smoker to 210 degrees
Using a hamburger press (or your hands), make 7 to 10 burgers, depending on desired thickness. We made ours about 8oz each and we got 8 burgers
Place on smoker and smoke for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until cooked through.
Grill on BBQ for a few minutes. Enjoy!
