Chicken thighs cooked on a smoker are a flavorful and juicy delight that combines tender meat with a rich, smoky aroma. 

Smoked Chicken Thighs

Coating
 ¼ cup flour
 ¼ cup Panko bread crumbs
 ¼ cup Bread crumbs
 1 tsp Smoked paprika
 1 tsp Onion powder
 1 tsp Tex mex seasoning
 ½ tsp Seasoning salt
 ½ tsp Black pepper
Chicken
 5 Chicken thighs, bone in, skin on

Mix together all ingredients for homemade "shake n' bake" in a large freezer ziploc

Preheat smoker to 220 degrees

Add chicken thighs, 2 at a time to ziploc and shake to coat

Place all thighs on smoker rack and place inside smoker

Smoke for 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on size of chicken thighs.

Turn smoker up to 400 degrees, smoke for another 15 to 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Remove from smoker and enjoy!
