 8 Eggs
 Milk
 2 Frozen cauliflower pizza crusts
 1 jar Tostitos Salsa con Queso Dip
 1 drizzle Ranch salad dressing
 ½ Green pepper, chopped
 ¼ Red onion, chopped
 1 cup Chopped tomatoes
 ½ cup chopped ham, bacon or sausage crumble
 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Whisk together eggs and desired amount of milk, add to a pre-heated non-stick frying pan and cook until scrambled. Set aside

Spread desired amount of Tostitos Salsa con Queso dip onto the cauliflower crusts.
